Project partner’s meeting is going to be held at Tashkent from 11th to 15th of March 2022
REAP project team eagerly looks forward to the first in-person project meeting with all project partners since the project began. At the project mid-way mark, the team will take stock of last two years and plan for high impact delivery in remaining two project years
All seven REAP project partner organisations, from six countries will be gathering together for four days of intensive collaborative project meeting at Tashkent from 11 to 15 March 2022. Since the project start in March 2020, this would be the first time that all project partners can be together in person. The project management team has been meeting regularly using online meeting modes (including monthly coordination meetings) and also had an occasion to meet in hybrid mode in July 2021 at Dushanbe, where five project partner organisations could meet in person.
This forthcoming meeting is very significant, as the project management team reviews the project progress at the project half-way mark, assesses the impact and delays due to COVID-19 induced restrictions and draws up clear plans to achieving the project objectives in the coming two years.
Planning and design of the project meeting commenced in December 2021 itself with roles and tasks being assigned to each project partner organisation. The meeting will be facilitated using the Whole Person Process Facilitation methodology by a seasoned facilitator to ensure inclusive and active participation from the project team.
The project team is eagerly looking forward to this forthcoming meeting and is committed to scaling up the outputs and outcomes from the REAP project in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
